Universal Calibrator, Simulator and Multimeter
Process engineers can use the METRAHit 28C as a calibrator
and a multimeter simultaneously,
e.g. in order to simulate sensor conditions at the input of a transmitter while measuring
and saving the output signal. If the METRAHit BD232 plug-in infrared interface
adapter is attached to the instrument, measurement and calibration results can be uploaded
to a PC, where they can be recorded and printed out as a calibration report. The
multimeter can also be used as a data logger.
Software allows for convenient analysis and display of
measurement data, and can be used to create, upload and download calibration procedures,
as well as for the generation of calibration certificates.
