The joint vaccination campaign for the employees of the GMC Instruments Group, which has its headquarters in Nuremberg and includes the Nuremberg companies Gossen Metrawatt, GMC-I Service and MTP Messtechnik Produktion, went off successfully![\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”11208″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Only four weeks ago, the group of companies had consulted intensively with the vaccination centre, the public health department and the employers’ association to set up their own vaccination campaign and thus take into account the preventive health care of their employees. Three weeks later, most of the employees who had not been vaccinated before received their first vaccination with the BioNTech\/Pfizer vaccine by company doctor Dr M\u00fcller. “In spite of all the bureaucratic and organisational hurdles: as a medium-sized company, we managed on our own to carry out a vaccination campaign of our employees immediately in the first week of the release for company doctors<\/strong>,” explains Georg Schmeu\u00dfer, Head of Human Resources of the company group.<\/p>\n

The main challenge was to organise the vaccine, transport it safely to the S\u00fcdwestpark in Nuremberg and then cool it properly. Once there, the expertise of the group’s staff and a specially set up device ensured that the vaccine and its cooling temperature were constantly monitored.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

This was a great action that shows what can be achieved when everyone wants to and sticks together. With such team spirit, there is nothing to fear for the future!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Founded in 1906 by Dr. Siegfried Guggenheimer in Nuremberg, this traditional company has been developing high-precision measuring and testing technology “Made in Germany” ever since. This makes the group of companies one of the market leaders worldwide.
